The candidate must be: Able to lead & Delegate a team of 3+ in Pastry. Be vibrant Individual. Enthusiastic person. Self motivatedwithin the kitchen. Have the ability to identify trends within the industry. You must be able to create and think outside of the box. Have the ability to demonstrate relevantexperience to be considered for this role. You need to be seriously organised and have a yes we can attitude. Must have at least 2+ years experience in similar role.
