Key Responsibilities. • Generation of Sales Invoices and customer statements. • Managing inbound and outbound sales/account queries over the phone and in the office. • Completing reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts. • Updating customer payments and preparation of weekly report on debtors. • Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers. • Liaise with customers on status of accounts. • Updating company website and social media portals. Key Skills & Experiences. • Proven track record in working to tight deadlines. • The ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet targets. • Excellent communication skills with a superb telephone manner. • Previous experience in sales an advantage. • Previous experience in retaining customers. • Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail. • Excellent time-management skills with ability to prioritize. • Flexible work ethos.
