What you need to know. Matrix Recruitment Group is currently seeking a Moulding Team Leader to be based in an Engineering company in the Co. Leitrim region. As a Moulding Team Leader you will report to the Moulding Manager. This role is a permanent position. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate and dependant on experience. Your new job. Key Responsibilities. Ensure all health & safety rules & regulations are adhered to. Manage employee / team daily activities & performance. Minimise downtime by maintaining a spares inventory for Injection Moulding equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on Injection Moulding equipment. Installation & setup of injection mould tools. Assist in implementing new production methods, production planning & mould scheduling. What are we looking for? Desirable: Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience ideally in polymer related discipline. Experience at team leader/supervisory level is desirable.
