CHEF DE PARTIE -Beautiful Bistro in Co. Leitrim. we are seeking a Chef de Partie for a well know Leitrim Bistro. The main responsibilities for this role are to assist the kitchen brigade in ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standard and quality of cuisine to our customers, in a safe and hygienic environment. This role will be responsible for the Bistro with typical hours from 12-9. The property has a great reputation for its food and standards. Specific responsibilities include: " To run the Bistro Kitchen with other chefs. " To ensure all guest requests are met. " To assist Head Chef in updating all menus consistently and seasonally according to standard. " To ensure all products used are well above standard for quality. " To ensure all Standards are met in relation to mise en place, food preparation and cooking, food presentation and food hygiene, " To ensure there are excellent lines of communication open with food service personnel. " To assist in all areas of the Hotel kitchen as required. " To make sure all H&S & HACCP records are maintained. We are looking for someone who is flexible, dedicated and hard working with the capability of carrying out all duties to a consistently high standard. Successful applicants must have: " A minimum of 2/3 years previous Chef experience in a similar environment. " Ability to work under pressure. " Recognised chef qualifications.
