The Role. Reporting to the Store Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of their appointed store. Along with carrying out consulative sales processes and hitting targets. This is a tough role which requires a lot of hard work, you’ll take control and get fast, impressive results through your team. Even before you join, you’ll have done your homework, you understand the business model and you know what the company is trying to achieve. If you’ve managed teams of people in the past, you’ve got bags of grit and stamina, then this could be the role for you. Responsibilities include: Day to day general running of the large grocery retailer. Assisting in Store Management and achieving company KPI's. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service. Delivery of top standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance. Compliance with all Health & Safety policies and legislation.
