My client, based in Leitrim, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-starter to join their team in a telesales and customer service role. Responsibilities: Contacting existing customers by proactively making outbound calls. Updating and maintain client records. Answering questions with confidence about our product base. Asking the right questions to understand customer requirements. Doing onsite visits to clients when required. Requirement: Minimum third level qualification in business, sales or marketing. Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
