Exec Sous Chef will bring a mix of excellent culinary and leadership experience, can mentor and develop the younger Chefs, take full responsibility for the Kitchens in Head Chefs absence and contribute to menu`s rostering, purchasing, HACCP and general management and running of the Kitchens with a focus on Hotel Restaurant with the initianl objective of attaining 2 AA Rosettes.
