Experienced Duty Manager required for a busy, award winning hotel in the West of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of all operations throughout the hotel on a daily basis. They will have to liaise with all HOD's in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. It is a "hands on", operational role and which will require the ability to multi task and to think on ones feet. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 4/5* hotel. Strong F B Background. High level of customer service skills. Ability to handle complaints/issues in a professional, timely manner. Ability to motivate and lead a team. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
